“Japan Woodworking Machinery Exhibition/ Mokkiten Japan 2023”, our plywood finishing/AI inspection line “Define” won the Technology Excellence Award.
"Define" is a product that can contribute to manpower and labor savings using evolving AI technology to address labor shortage issues and further improve quality at plywood production factories. At the venue, we saw demonstrations of testing including various types of NG materials.
In addition, we offer a newly developed puncture detection device for composite flooring materials, a running saw that can cut layers of plywood and resin boards, a hand-held wood moisture meter, a wood chip moisture meter, and a wide belt sander in the general-purpose machine special exhibition corner. I introduced it to you.
