On Tuesday, April 4st, “Policy Announcement and Initiation Ceremony for FY2025” was held at the Ise head office.

Five new employees joined our company this year.
We are very happy that these new employees have chosen KIKUKAWA ENTERPRISE, INC. as the stage on which they will take their first steps as members of society.
We look forward to their success in their respective departments, and hope that they will enjoy their days interacting with our senior employees.

The day was marked by a fresh start for all employees as President Atsushi Kikukawa announced the new management policy,
“SMILE👍,” an acronym for “Safety,” “Mindful,” “Innovative,” “Leading,” and “Emotional”.
In addition, awards were presented to employees who contributed to the company's　operations in 2024, and certificates were presented to them.

We will continue to strive for customer satisfaction this year, and each employee will be the main character and help others at the same time for a safe and fulfilling everyday life, and we will all work together as one to push forward.
