We manufacture everything from hardware to software in-house, and respond to the detailed requests of our customers. It is equipped with ICT/IoT compatible functions, remote maintenance support, and production report functions to assist factory operations. The sawmill line, which combines three models: Clear System-i, Loop Saw, and Optimizing Edger, was launched in 3 as a "people-friendly and nature-friendly" system that improves production volume, yield, and precision, and is highly safe. Features: | The shape of boards with or without edges can be measured instantly, and Kikukawa's unique nesting software can be used to control the edger based on information about the product the customer currently wants to produce. The problem of labor shortages is resolved by automating all of the wood cutting and processing machine control, which were previously done by hand. The lineup includes Model RT-500S, which is designed for speed, and Model RT-450, which is designed for processing precision. For boards with a large difference between the tip and end bottom ends, the optional cross cutting device can be used to cut the boards before feeding them into the edger, allowing for maximum production yields. |
